Giving a massage is a learning experience...
Explaining how you give it is a way of learning...
Receiving a massage is still a learning experience!

Thai workshop
Today I propose a pedagogy in the style of 'Pichest Boonthumme'.
Oh really?? What is it?
Well, that's how I learned Thai Massage in 1996 with him.
You come (with or without a guinea pig), you practice what you want, what you need to review, review or perfect, and I'll keep a close eye on things.
Or you practice what is proposed, such as a simple and/or elaborate sequence for those who follow..., the combinations, adaptations and variations are legion!
This training will allow you to discover the specifics of this ancestral healing art: acupressure, gentle mobilizations as well as applied stretching postures (yoga for lazy people!).
There is always a preparation time for the donor: presence, relaxation & centering.
Finding the right posture: feeling and using one's "hara" energy center in movements and the application of maneuvers.
Attention will be paid to the precautions to take for learning and practicing Thai massage safely.
Giving meaning to our practice, notions of anatomy and biomechanics are always mentioned (joint mobility, muscle chains, body axes, …).
As Pichest liked to say: How to do? How to heal?
Who is this for?
The prerequisite is an introduction to floor massage (Thai, Shiatsu, Korean relaxation,...).
For a beginner, I invite you to contact me to make these teachings accessible and comfortable.
